These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Velora mobile application for iOS and Android (the "App").
The App is provided by Coalescence OÜ ("Velora", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Velora, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App and uninstall it from your device.

a vulnerability exploitation tool;
a continuous infrastructure monitoring service;
a guarantee of network availability or security.
Diagnostic results represent what Velora can observe from your device at the time a check is performed.
2. Agreement to These Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Velora, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you use Velora on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
3. Eligibility
Velora is intended for a general audience.
You must be legally capable of accepting these Terms under the laws applicable to you.
If you are not legally capable of accepting these Terms on your own, you may use Velora only with any consent required from a parent, legal guardian, or other authorized person.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
4. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download, install, and use Velora on devices that you own or control.
You may use Velora solely for:
personal purposes;
educational purposes;
internal professional purposes;
lawful network diagnostics;
other uses permitted by these Terms.
The App is licensed, not sold.
You do not acquire ownership rights in:
the Velora source code;
the application design;
the Velora name;
trademarks;
logos;
icons;
graphics;
interface;
documentation;
written content;
other intellectual property associated with Velora.
We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in Velora except for the limited license expressly granted to you under these Terms.
5. Permitted Use
You may use Velora for lawful diagnostic purposes, including:
diagnosing your own internet connection;
checking domains or servers that you own;
inspecting publicly accessible network destinations;
performing educational network diagnostics;
performing professional diagnostics on systems you administer;
testing systems for which you have received authorization.
All active diagnostic operations in Velora are initiated manually by the user.
You are responsible for determining whether you are authorized to test a particular domain, server, IP address, port, network, or other destination.
The fact that a destination is publicly accessible does not automatically mean that every form of testing is authorized.
6. Your Responsibilities
When using Velora, you are responsible for:
ensuring that your use complies with applicable law;
obtaining any required permission before testing a network or system;
selecting appropriate diagnostic targets;
complying with network, service, hosting, and third-party policies;
protecting any sensitive information you enter into the App;
reviewing information before exporting or sharing it;
selecting appropriate recipients for exported diagnostic reports.
You should not enter:
passwords;
authentication tokens;
API keys;
private credentials;
confidential endpoints;
personal data;
other sensitive information
as a diagnostic target.
A URL may contain information in its path or query parameters. If you enter such a URL, that information may be transmitted to the destination you selected.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use Velora, or assist another person in using Velora, to:
access, probe, scan, or test systems without authorization;
interfere with or disrupt networks, servers, applications, or services;
overload a system or intentionally degrade its availability;
perform denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service activity;
perform mass or automated unauthorized scanning;
search for or exploit vulnerabilities without authorization;
bypass authentication or access controls;
circumvent technical restrictions built into Velora;
circumvent rate limits or validation mechanisms;
distribute malware or malicious code;
harass, monitor, stalk, or unlawfully collect information about others;
violate applicable law or third-party rights;
use Velora to support unlawful activity.
You must also not:
copy or redistribute the App except where permitted by law;
modify Velora;
reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Velora, except where applicable law expressly permits such activity despite this restriction;
create unauthorized derivative works;
remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
falsely represent yourself as Velora or its developer;
use Velora branding without permission.
Velora may block certain network destinations or operations for safety purposes.
Such restrictions do not guarantee that every destination that remains accessible through the App is authorized or safe to test.
8. Accuracy and Limitations of Diagnostic Results
Velora provides diagnostic information based on observations made from your device at a particular moment in time.
Results may depend on factors including:
your current internet connection;
DNS resolver configuration;
Wi-Fi or mobile network conditions;
network filtering;
VPN, proxy, or Private Relay configuration;
geographic routing;
CDN behavior;
DNS caching;
load balancers;
TLS configuration;
temporary outages;
server configuration;
platform restrictions;
third-party infrastructure.
Velora does not guarantee:
absolute accuracy of diagnostic results;
identification of every network issue;
detection of every change;
continuous availability of a destination;
that a server is secure;
that a server is correctly configured;
that results will be identical from another device, network, or geographic location;
that a certificate problem will always be detected before it becomes relevant.
A successful diagnostic check does not mean that a destination is secure, compliant, safe, or permanently available.
A failed diagnostic check does not necessarily mean that a destination is offline or misconfigured.
Connection Baseline and Change Detection compare individual diagnostic runs and are not continuous monitoring services.
9. No Professional Advice
Velora provides technical diagnostic information for informational purposes only.
Velora does not provide:
legal advice;
cybersecurity certification;
compliance certification;
audit services;
financial advice;
professional security assessment;
penetration-testing certification;
guaranteed infrastructure monitoring.
You should not rely solely on Velora when making decisions where an incorrect result could cause significant financial loss, security impact, personal injury, death, infrastructure failure, or other material harm.
For critical systems, use appropriate professional monitoring, security, audit, or engineering services.
10. TLS and Certificate Information
Velora may display technical TLS and certificate information such as:
validity period;
issuer;
subject;
Subject Alternative Names;
expiration date;
remaining certificate lifetime;
results of operating-system certificate validation.
Velora is not a certificate authority.
Velora does not:
issue certificates;
revoke certificates;
guarantee trust across all browsers, devices, or systems;
replace a professional security audit;
bypass operating-system TLS validation.
Certificate information shown in Velora reflects the information available during the diagnostic operation.
11. DNS and Resolver Compare
Velora may allow you to compare DNS responses from multiple resolvers.
These may include:
your system DNS resolver;
Cloudflare Public DNS;
Google Public DNS;
Quad9.
Different DNS responses do not necessarily indicate an attack, compromise, or malfunction.
Differences may occur because of:
geographic routing;
CDN configuration;
DNS caching;
TTL values;
propagation delays;
filtering;
split-horizon DNS;
different resolver policies;
other normal DNS behavior.
Third-party DNS services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
12. Third-Party Networks and Services
When you start a diagnostic operation, Velora may interact with third parties.
Depending on the feature, these may include:
the website or server you select;
your configured DNS provider;
Cloudflare;
Google Public DNS;
Quad9;
Apple services;
Google services;
your internet service provider;
mobile network operators;
hosting providers;
applications or services you select when exporting data.
These third parties are independent from Velora.
We do not control:
their availability;
infrastructure;
responses;
logging;
privacy practices;
terms;
API changes;
restrictions;
security;
service interruptions.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and policies.
For details regarding information transmitted during diagnostics, see our Privacy Policy.
13. Local Data
Velora may store certain information locally on your device, including:
diagnostic activity;
previous results;
Connection Baselines;
Change Detection data;
preferences.
Velora does not currently operate a cloud backend for synchronizing your diagnostic history.
You may delete locally stored information using features available in the App, through operating-system application-data controls where supported, or by uninstalling the App.
Previously exported files are not automatically deleted from applications or locations where you chose to save or share them.
14. Diagnostic Snapshot and Exports
Velora may allow you to export diagnostic results as PDF, text, or another supported format.
An exported report may contain technical information about:
domains;
IP addresses;
server configuration;
DNS responses;
network timing;
redirects;
TLS certificates;
connection results.
Before exporting or sharing a report, you are responsible for reviewing its contents.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
you are allowed to share the information;
the recipient is appropriate;
the report does not contain information that you are not authorized to disclose.
Velora attempts to exclude sensitive information such as passwords, authentication credentials, cookies, Authorization headers, response bodies, and other sensitive request information from standard diagnostic exports.
However, you should always review a report before distributing it.
Once you share a file through your device's system sharing interface, the receiving application or service controls its further storage and processing.
Velora is not responsible for your subsequent distribution of exported files.
15. Intellectual Property
Velora and its associated materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
Unless otherwise stated, all rights in:
the Velora name;
application icon;
logo;
visual identity;
interface;
source code;
graphics;
documentation;
product text
belong to Coalescence OÜ or the relevant licensors.
You may not use Velora branding in a way that falsely suggests endorsement, partnership, ownership, or affiliation.
Open-source software included in Velora remains subject to its applicable open-source licenses.
16. App Updates and Availability
We may update Velora from time to time.
Updates may:
improve functionality;
modify the interface;
add or remove diagnostic features;
fix defects;
improve security;
change platform requirements;
change supported operating-system versions;
adapt Velora to third-party API or platform changes.
We may also temporarily suspend or discontinue a feature where reasonably necessary because of:
technical limitations;
security concerns;
legal requirements;
platform requirements;
third-party service changes.
We do not guarantee that every Velora feature will always remain available or unchanged.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
17. Current Pricing
Velora is currently provided free of charge.
The current version does not contain subscriptions, in-app purchases, or other paid features.
If paid functionality is introduced in the future, these Terms will be updated as appropriate.
Any purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play will also be subject to the applicable store's payment, cancellation, refund, and subscription rules.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VELORA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, WHERE PERMITTED:
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY;
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;
NON-INFRINGEMENT;
ACCURACY;
AVAILABILITY;
RELIABILITY;
UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION;
ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
We do not warrant that:
every diagnostic result will be correct;
every network problem will be detected;
Velora will always be available;
third-party services will remain available;
use of Velora will make a network or destination secure.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions.
Where such rules apply, these exclusions apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
19. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COALESCENCE OÜ, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO VELORA OR THESE TERMS.
This may include, where legally permitted:
loss of profits;
loss of revenue;
loss of business;
loss of data;
loss of goodwill;
service interruption;
downtime;
inaccurate interpretation of diagnostic results;
actions of third-party services;
network or DNS changes after a diagnostic;
certificate changes after a diagnostic;
IP blocking by a destination;
consequences of testing systems without authorization.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including any mandatory consumer rights.
20. Termination
You may stop using Velora at any time by uninstalling the App.
We may terminate or suspend your license to use Velora if you materially violate these Terms, to the extent technically possible and permitted by law.
Because Velora currently does not require a user account or operate a Velora backend, there may be no remote account or user profile for us to disable.
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will survive where legally applicable.
21. Privacy
Information processing associated with Velora is described in the Velora Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains, among other things:
what Velora processes locally;
what information may be transmitted during network diagnostics;
interaction with third-party DNS and platform services;
local diagnostic history;
data deletion;
diagnostic exports.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy should be read together.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect:
changes to Velora;
new features;
changes to our practices;
changes to third-party services;
changes in applicable law.
The "Last updated" date at the top of this document identifies the latest version.
Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a material change, we will provide it in the required manner.
Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
23. App Store and Google Play Terms
If you download Velora from the Apple App Store or Google Play, you must also comply with the applicable terms of that store.
The relevant app store is not responsible for Velora except where its own terms or applicable law expressly provide otherwise.
Apple App Store
If Velora is downloaded through the Apple App Store, Apple's applicable terms also apply.
Velora uses Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement rather than a custom EULA.
In the event of a conflict between these Terms and mandatory Apple App Store terms, the applicable mandatory store terms will govern to the extent of that conflict.
Google Play
If Velora is downloaded through Google Play, your use of the Android version is also subject to applicable Google Play terms and policies.
Google is not responsible for maintaining or supporting Velora except to the extent provided by Google's own terms or applicable law.
24. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Velora Privacy Policy and any mandatory terms imposed by the relevant app store, govern your use of Velora unless another written agreement expressly applies.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
