Welcome to Veloce VPN! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Veloce VPN mobile application (the "App") provided by Interstellar Media ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Hong Kong.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the App and uninstall it from your device.
By using Veloce VPN, you affirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract). If you are under the legal age, you may not use this App. We comply with global standards and the Google Play Developer Policy regarding child safety and privacy.
Veloce VPN provides virtual private network (VPN) services, including data encryption and secure routing.
Free Version: The App may offer limited features supported by third-party advertisements.
Subscriptions (IAP): Future versions of Veloce VPN will introduce premium subscription plans via In-App Purchases (IAP). All transactions, payments, and renewals are handled securely through the Google Play Billing System. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period via your Google Play Account settings. Refunds are subject to Google Play’s official refund policies.
You agree to use Veloce VPN strictly for lawful purposes. You are explicitly prohibited from using our service to:
Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.
Distribute malware, viruses, worms, or any other malicious or destructive code.
Engage in port scanning, spamming, sending unsolicited emails, or executing Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with our VPN servers, nodes, or network infrastructure.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you violate any of these restrictions.
Veloce VPN is a tool-based application and does not host, store, or allow the publication of user-generated content, public comments, or social interactions within the App. Consequently, you are solely responsible for any data or traffic you transmit through the VPN tunnel, and we do not monitor or assume liability for your external online activities.
The free features of Veloce VPN utilize third-party advertising networks, specifically Google AdMob, to display ads. These advertisements are subject to the privacy policies and terms of the respective providers. For more details on how ad networks handle your data, please refer to the Google AdMob Advertising Policies. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any products or services advertised by third parties.
All rights, titles, and interests in and to Veloce VPN—including but not limited to the App's source code, user interface design, logos, trademarks, and branding elements—are the exclusive property of Interstellar Media. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial use on your personal Android device.
VELOCE VPN IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTERSTELLAR MEDIA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE VPN SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR ENTIRELY FREE FROM LATENCY OR DATA LOSS DUE TO THE INHERENT NATURE OF THE INTERNET.
TO the MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL INTERSTELLAR MEDIA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of Veloce VPN shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hong Kong to resolve any legal matters arising from these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of Veloce VPN after any modifications constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
