At VeeGig Coaching, I am committed to your success. This policy provides clear guidelines on revisions and refunds for my digital skills and ESL coaching services.
In compliance with international consumer protection standards, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the transaction for a full refund. To exercise this right, you must inform me via email before the 14-day period expires, and you must not have accessed any substantial coaching services or digital materials.
2. Refund Eligibility & Process
Refund requests are handled based on the stage of service completion:
Full Refund: Available within the 14-day cooling-off period and before any services or materials have been delivered.
Partial Refund: If you need to stop services after they have begun, you may receive a pro-rated refund calculated as: Amount Paid - (Number of completed sessions Ă— Individual session rate) - (Cost of any provided materials).
No Refund: Refunds are not provided for one-off digital products (e.g., downloadable worksheets) or single coaching sessions that have been fully delivered.
To request a refund, email me at victoria@veegigcoaching.online with "Refund Request" in the subject line, including your full name and the date of purchase.
If a service (e.g., a custom learning plan) does not meet the agreed scope, I offer two rounds of revisions at no additional charge. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of service delivery. Requests after this period may be subject to an additional fee.
I encourage open communication. If you have any concern, contact me immediately. In most cases, we can resolve issues through clear and timely communication without needing to process a refund.
As services are customized and delivered digitally, refunds are not guaranteed for work completed and delivered according to our original agreement. By booking a session or purchasing a service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund and Revision Policy.
This policy is designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and a professional working relationship for both parties.
