Details of Infrastructural facilities

  a)  Library: 

                Besides Central library with 85 books on the subject, the departmental library has 35 book (purchased and donated) to meet the demand of UG students.

  b) Internet facility:

                Department has Wi-Fi connections including one laptop for teachers and students. 

  c) Class rooms: 

                The department has two UG classrooms with projection facility

 d) Laboratories:

                There are two General Practical laboratories for Under Graduate students. The laboratories are equipped with Museum collection of preserved specimens ( invertebrates and vertebrates), charts, bones of pigeon and guinea pig as per syllabus and histological slides of mammalian tissues.  

e) Museum: 

Zoological specimens collected by teachers and students of our department from different places exhibited at a museum of Vidyasagar Metropolitan College campus.
