Since our sales reps are independent contractors, your work schedule is entirely up to you. Whether you want to schedule five appointments in one day or just a couple in one week – it’s your choice.
Many of our sales reps work part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer or winter break, but whenever you’re able to work, we’ll provide you with the training and support you need to successfully sell CUTCO®.
Not a student? No worries! Some of our representatives are just looking for an opportunity to earn some extra side income around their schedules.
We decided to pay our people a lot more then most entry-level jobs because this allows us to work with higher caliber applicants.
Our pay philosophy is to have a base rate of pay to take the pressure off the representative and customer. We also have an incentive rate to reward people based on their results. Most of our representatives make a lot more on the incentive pay since most customers do end up placing an order.
Our training has been recognized throughout the industry and has been written up about and used at colleges in universities such as LSU, Purdue, NC State and many more. Also, because of the quality of our training we were also recognized in the Wall Street Journal.

We like to travel as a company, so some of our top people have had the opportunity to go to Europe, Italy, Costa Rica, Cancun, Jamaica and more to get to network and meet and learn from people all across the company.
