This Virtual Exchange will take place over a short period between September 19 and October 14 2022

Project Objective

The American and French students will meet to discover common interests and to discuss cultural differences . The objective is to compare and contrast means of transport and questions of sustainability in Europe, the USA and worldwide as part of the UN Sustainable Development Goals. However the main objective is just to meet new people and talk ! :)

Project Launch

Week September 19, 2022

• Students upload their introductory videos on to Padlet

• All the resources will be on the Google site

• Teachers collect email and telephone numbers for students to communicate easily

• Teachers create groups and make a general check of internet connections and access to communication

September 26, 2022

This is the deadline for students to upload their Padlet videos

Teachers make up Franco-American groups and send the details to students

Students initiate first contacts to set meeting #1

Meeting #1 : Breaking the ice activities, getting to know you activities

Week October 3, 2022

Meeting #2: Talking about transport in Texas vs France + other countries (Polyvia Formation internships feedback )

Meeting #3: General discussion and conclusion

Students get together online with their teachers for coffee, donuts and croissants !
