Mare’s milk
Dried yeast
1. Milk the horse.
2. Filter the milk using a clean cloth.
3. shift the milk to a large open leather sack (Khukhuur).
4. Churn the milk in a cowhide sack (Arhad).
5. Add the dried yeast to the milk in the bag.
6. Churn up the mixture of milk and yeast up to 4000 times.
7. Repeatedly stir it for more than 1-2 days.
8. The milk is ready to be served.
