Horse casing forming a continuous rope
1. Strip meat from the rib cage about 8 cm diameter.
2. Sprinkle the strips with salt, pepper and many garlic.
3. Stuffed the prepped meat into a horse casing forming a continuous rope.
4. Cook the stuffed meat in a boil water at 80° c for 2 hours.
5. After that, it can either be eaten freshly after boiled, hot smoked, cooked or dried.
