"Kazakh Tea"
6 cups Water
6 tbsp Loose black tea
6 Cardamon pods
1 1/2 tbsp Fennel seeds
3 cups Milk
Sugar or honey for sweetening taste
1. Pour water into a large saucepan and add with tea, cardamon and fennel seeds.
2. Simmer the mixture in low heat for 3 min.
3. Add the milk.
4. After 2 mins, pour out the tea into individual cups.
5. Add sugar/honey to the cups of tea.
