Vinesh Bhimjiyani

I am an adult psychodynamic psychotherapist providing counselling and psychotherapy for individuals.

I also offer supervision for psychotherapists/counsellors who are in private practice and within the NHS.

I have several years experience within the NHS where I also work as a Highly Specialist Psychotherapist & Supervisor in addition to being in private practice.  I also teach and supervise on a professional psychotherapy training course.

The psychotherapeutic relationship can enable individuals to find a way through and cope with issues of depression, anxiety and stress, in addition to others.  Often people are not sure what is affecting them but you may wish to explore thoughts and feelings that may have led you to feel stuck or feeling some uncertainty about your sense of identity. 

As a senior/highly specialist psychotherapist I offer a confidential and non-judgmental space for people to explore issues that may be difficult to discuss with family or friends.
