We decided to evaluate the proteomes of 12 Trypanosoma cruzi strains and 4 Trypanosoma species to shortlist vaccine candidates using Vax-ELAN (https://vac.kamalrawal.in/vaxelan/v2). The shortlisted top proteins along with their respective S_i, and P_i scores for all the sspecies and strains are shown in file Screening of different species of Trypanosoma.xlsx and Screening of different T_cruzi_strains.xlsx respectively. The shortlisted proteins were evaluated further using Vaxi-DL, Vaxign-ML, and VaxiJen. The compiled results of all the tools are shown in file T_cruzi_results_compiled.xlsx
