Notes: If you are a Global Health or Medical intern, you should have received an email from a VAW site coordinator regarding official enrollment for the December 2021 trip and setting up a financial account. If you did not receive an email, please email us (vatw@uw.edu). Complete the 1-vs-2 week poll if you haven't done so. Fundraising for each intern's trip supplies is currently open via Bingo Boards - post these on your socials and follow the instructions on the fundraising presentation. Review the Spanish activity slides and try to maintain or enhance your Spanish vocabulary over the summer. This is our last meeting of the quarter - be on the lookout for email updates on summer fundraising and intern bonding events! Thank you for a great quarter and we are excited to see your faces in-person in the fall!

Notes: An email will be sent with information about our upcoming fundraising events to clear up any questions. Please review the Spanish Pronunciation slides in preparation for our trip to Guatemala. If you are interested in a leadership position please fill out the E-board application (just be genuine, the interviews are more important than the application form). If you are a Medical Outreach intern and did not receive an email from the trip coordinator please reach out to Priyanka. A two week trip will overlap with the end of Autumn quarter finals week so we will send out a poll to vote on whether you want a one week or two week trip.

Notes: The deposit schedule dates are a general guideline, more information will be available as the dates near. If you missed the Kahoot fundraising poll, make sure to fill out the google form! Please review the Spanish 101 slides as we will continue familiarizing ourselves with the language in preparation for Guatemala. The qr code attendance was a trial run, do not worry if you were not able to sign in for Thursday's meeting, this will not affect your status.
