Non-Refundable: All fees are non-refundable once services have commenced. This includes services such as account creation, document preparation, and submission assistance.
Payment Methods: We accept online payments via secure payment systems. All payments must be processed before any services are provided.
3. Client Responsibilities
Accurate Information: Clients must provide accurate and complete information and documents to ensure that we can assist effectively with the visa application.
Account Creation: Clients may request assistance with creating their Immigration NZ online account. However, the client is responsible for managing their own account once it is created.
Visa Application Submission: Clients are responsible for submitting their visa application to Immigration NZ or engaging a licensed immigration adviser if they require professional advice.
Payment of Immigration Fees: Clients are responsible for paying any additional Immigration NZ application fees separately from our service fees.
4. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
Visa application rejections or delays by Immigration New Zealand.
The consequences of submitting incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
Any actions or omissions by Immigration New Zealand regarding the application.
