Step 1: Choose Your Visa Type

Let us know which visa you want to apply for: Visitor Visa (for tourism, visiting family or friends, etc.)
Transit Visa (for passing through New Zealand to another country)
We’ll guide you to make sure you’re applying for the correct type of visa based on your travel plans.

Step 2 (Optional): Immigration NZ Account Setup

If you don’t already have an Immigration New Zealand RealMe login and online account, we can assist you in setting one up in your name. You’ll need to provide basic personal information and confirm your email address. This is optional — you can choose to create your own account, or we can guide you through the process. A one-time service fee applies if you want us to do this for you.

Step 3: Upload Your Required Documents

You’ll be provided with a full checklist of the documents needed for your application (e.g. passport, travel plans, proof of funds, etc.). You will upload your documents securely through our online form. We’ll review everything to ensure nothing is missing.

Step 4: Sign the Declaration Form

Before we begin preparing your application, you’ll be asked to sign a declaration form.
This form gives us permission to help enter your information and upload documents into your own Immigration NZ account. 

We do not act as immigration advisers, and we do not submit applications on your behalf unless you specifically ask us to under your authorization.

Step 5: Book a Review Call

Once we’ve prepared everything, we’ll book a time for a call. During the call, we’ll review the entire application together to ensure everything is accurate and complete.

Step 6: Make Payment

Full payment is required before any work begins. This ensures that we can start processing your application, and it covers all our services up to submission. Once payment is confirmed, we’ll begin working on your application.

What Happens Next?

Once your application is prepared and submitted (with your permission), we’ll provide you with updates on your visa status.
Immigration New Zealand will review and process your application, and you can track its progress through your online account.
