Request Account & Data Deletion

This page allows users of the Vasuki mobile application to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

To request deletion of your Vasuki account and associated data:

1. Complete the form below using the email address associated with your Vasuki account.

2. Submit the form.

3. We may contact you by email to verify your identity and prevent unauthorized deletion.

4. Once verified, your account and associated data will be deleted.

When your deletion request is processed, we will delete:

- Your Vasuki account

If you request an organziation deletion, below will be deleted:

- Snake, clutch, venom, and husbandry records

- Feeding, medication, shedding, cleaning, and other logs

- Photos and files uploaded through the app

- Reminder and notification-related data

Account deletion is typically completed within a reasonable period after identity verification.

Any data retained for legal or operational reasons will be kept only for the minimum duration required.
