Important Announcement: VASFAA Members: Great news! We are exceeding our expected conference registrations. The downside is that we are exceeding our conference-rate allotted rooms at the Omni Charlottesville. The conference rate is no longer available for Saturday, April 13th, and Tuesday, April 16th, 2024. This will result in a higher rate for those nights at the Omni hotel when booking. Also, to book either of those nights, you will need to contact the hotel directly to add them to your reservation, 434.971.5500.

Housekeeping Items
Wifi Wifi is available for free in your room. In the conference area wifi is available for up to 200 devices. This means if you connect in the conference area, please do so from your device or laptop, but not both. This way everyone can enjoy the service
Parking Parking is included with your hotel booking. If you are commuting in each day, parking is covered as well. You will need to pick up a key card from the conference registration desk. A new card key will be needed for each day you attend.
