As a group of ambitious and passionate individuals, we, as collegians, aspire to craft our own strategy game—one that fulfills our desires while aiming for universal enjoyment.
Our approach involves venturing into uncharted territory, opting for a path unguided and untaught, as we delve into the realm of a colony-sim game. Through this journey, we constantly seek new knowledge, learning the intricacies of building and initiating this project. Presently, we navigate the most challenging phase—the learning curve—knowing that time is the only element standing between our vision and its realization. Our Culture Work & Hobbie

In our work culture, we primarily operate through online Discord channels. We initiate work by collectively outlining the tasks and assigning roles in the repository.
Each team member then separates for their responsibilities, until get some issues or request a meeting(usually 1-1 with the project manager)

Should any issues arise, we promptly schedule instant meetings to address them.

As for our hobbies, we share a penchant for immersive gaming experiences, particularly in strategy, hardcore, and simulator games like SCUM, Barotrauma, TARKOV, and Rimworld. Some among us also enjoy indulging in anime.

During leisure hours, we often engage in activities such as skating, socializing over drinks, and swimming. These moments offer opportunities to casually discuss both work-related matters and various facets of life.

The Starter Of Varnonsoft

Once upon a time, there was a young lad captivated by the mesmerizing world of game development. From his school days, he was drawn to the behind-the-scenes magic of crafting game prototypes and soaking in the wisdom shared by the industry on how to bring these dreams to life. As he transitioned into college, his heart yearned for an opportunity to embark on his own journey, to find companions eager to traverse the uncharted territories of game creation.

In the midst of his second year, fate smiled upon him, and he discovered kindred spirits—individuals sharing his fervor, aligned in their aspirations and passions. It was then, amidst shared laughter and spirited conversations, fueled by the clinking of glasses and endless dreams, that "Bob and the Train" emerged—an inside joke turned into the cornerstone of their collective vision.

Their journey was a tapestry woven with the threads of perseverance and dedication. Every step forward was punctuated by moments of withdrawal, moments they cherished, moments that made them laugh and cry. Yet, through it all, these experiences were the building blocks that fortified the bond among the boy and his team, forging them into a resilient unit ready to conquer the challenges ahead.
