Terms of Use

The App

Vapor is a local music player that allows you to organize and play audio stored on your device, including music in your Media Library (subject to Apple permissions) and audio files you import.

The App does not provide or stream third-party music content.

License

The Vapor developer grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms of Use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App in violation of any applicable laws

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass security or access controls

• Interfere with the App’s operation or attempt unauthorized access to App functionality

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any audio files you import and use within the App.

Imported Content

You are responsible for any audio files or playlists you import into Vapor.

The App does not verify ownership or licensing of imported content. You agree to only import content that you have the legal right to use.

Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, and functionality of Vapor, including but not limited to its name, branding, logo, user interface, visual design, layout, features, and underlying code, are owned by the Vapor developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This includes the overall look and feel of the App, as well as any original concepts, features, and implementations developed for Vapor.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the App without prior written permission from the Vapor developer, except as permitted by applicable law.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Introductory Access & Subscription

The App may provide full access for a limited introductory period beginning on first launch.

After the introductory period ends, continued access to playback and premium features may require an active subscription. If no active subscription is detected, certain functionality, including playback, may be restricted.

Subscription pricing and terms are displayed in the App and in the App Store purchase flow. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period through your Apple ID settings.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

Payments, Billing, and Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The Vapor developer does not collect or store payment details.

Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s policies.

Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the App or change devices, you can restore eligible purchases using the Restore Purchases option within the App.

Restoration depends on Apple’s systems and your Apple ID entitlements.

Ratings & Reviews

The App may display Apple’s in-app rating or review prompt using StoreKit. Leaving a review is optional and is handled entirely by Apple.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The Vapor developer does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Vapor developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues arising from your use of the App.

In all cases, the Vapor developer’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the App or subscription in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

The Vapor developer may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms of Use.

You may stop using the App at any time. If you have a subscription, you must cancel it through your Apple ID settings to prevent renewal.

Changes to These Terms of Use

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Updates will be reflected by revising the "Last updated" date above.

Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms of Use.
