Vapor does not collect, store, or transmit personal information to the Vapor developer.

The app does not require account creation and does not send user data to external servers.

All data used by the app remains on your device. This includes listening activity, play counts, and usage data used to power features like Insights.

No analytics services, advertising networks, or third-party tracking technologies are used.

Media Library Access

The app may request permission to access your Apple Music or Media Library.

This permission allows the app to:

• Display music already downloaded to your device

• Play music stored locally on your device

The app does not upload, transmit, or store your media library externally. All media processing occurs locally on your device.

Imported Audio Files

The app allows you to import audio files from the Files app or other document providers.

Imported files are:

• Copied into the app’s local storage on your device

• Used only for playback within the app

• Not uploaded or transmitted outside your device

You may delete imported files at any time within the app.

Playlist Sharing (QR Codes)

The app allows you to share playlists using QR codes.

When using this feature:

• Playlist data may be encoded into a QR code for sharing

• You choose when and how to share this information

• Shared data is not stored or transmitted by Vapor servers

Imported playlists from QR codes are processed locally on your device.

Playback Information Stored On Device

The app may store limited playback information locally on your device to support features such as:

• Recently played songs

• Most played songs

• Rediscovery suggestions

• Listening insights and statistics

This information remains on your device and is not transmitted externally.

Subscriptions & Purchases

Vapor may offer a subscription that provides continued access to playback and premium features.

Vapor may also provide a limited introductory access period. After this period ends, certain functionality may be restricted unless a subscription is active.

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. The Vapor developer does not collect or store payment details such as credit card numbers.

The app may access subscription status information from Apple to enable or restrict features.

Ratings & Reviews

The app may display Apple’s in-app rating and review prompt using StoreKit.

Submitting a review is optional and handled entirely by Apple. The Vapor developer does not receive personal information from your review submission.

Apple System Services

Vapor relies on Apple frameworks and services such as MediaPlayer and StoreKit.

These services are provided by Apple and may be governed by Apple’s own privacy policies and terms.

Data Security

All application data is stored locally on your device.

The Vapor developer does not operate servers or maintain remote databases for Vapor.

Children’s Privacy

Because Vapor does not collect personal information, it does not knowingly collect data from children.
