My mission is to help teenagers get free of nicotine addiction; I would not feel comfortable profiting from this mission.  Therefore, I am not planning to incorporate and not planning to build a for-profit organization.  In fact, I am hoping I don't have to create any organization for this mission - the only reasons I might create an organization is (a) to create a corporate shield to protect myself from liability and (b) to provide tax benefits to possible donors.

I expect to accomplish my mission through support from corporate sponsors and volunteer development that are interested in doing something good as well as enjoying the exposure that this project may get.

• I will be looking for a company to help me redesign my prototype for high-volume production and for reduced cost per unit.

• I will be looking for a company or individual to develop the smartphone app for iOS and Android that will collect data from the monitoring device, present visualizations of the data to the parent and optionally share the data anonymously to cloud servers where it will be made available to train machine learning models and researchers in the area of addiction and public policy.

• I will be looking for a company to provide back-end webapp, webAPI and data warehousing software.

• I will be looking for a cloud company to provide compute and storage infrastructure.

• I will be looking for solutions for manufacturing, inventory, and distribution - hoping for a direct-to-consumer solution.

GoFundMe page?  Possibly - again, I am hoping for corporate participation but might need to raise working capital for manufacturing at scale and managing inventory and distribution of the devices.  The smartphone app will be distributed via AppStore and GooglePlay Stores. I expect the cloud solution will be centralized, provided and managed by corporate partners.
