Information
The campground at Van’s Lakeview is located right along the sandy beaches. We have close to 100 hook-ups to water and electricity, of which 16 of those are full hook-ups. For those that want to “rough it”, we have primitive sites available. See all rates below. We also have a dump station available for those without a full hook-up. Our general store holds almost everything you may have forgotten or run out of.
A state park permit is not required at Van’s as it is a private campground. We have a peaceful camp where 85% of the sites are shaded and there are over 100 picnic tables located throughout. Camp fires are allowed, but are limited to our fire rings only.*
For those with kids, a playground is located close by.
Pets are welcome in camp, however, we do require pets to be on a leash and with you at all times and do not leave them unattended. We also ask that you clean up after them.
Reservations must be made online. We do not take any over the phone. All reservations require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. Under NO circumstances are there refunds or transfers on cancellations.
There is a 3-night minimum on all weekends.
Please know that when booking your site, with specified dates, you are responsible for the entire length of your stay even if you leave before your date of departure.

After a full day of fishing, swimming or lounging on the beach, take a hot shower in our all tile shower house. Wash away the sand and dirt in our metered shower's, which are open twenty four hours a day. We have also added a coin-operated Laundromat for those that need to wash the sand from their clothes at the end of the day.
*There is one fire ring for every two hook-ups. There is a fire ring for each tent site. If you would like to bring your own portable fire pit it needs to be raised as we do not allow fires outside of enclosed containers

Checking in or out?
Our check-in times for the campground are 1:00 p.m. (MST) and checkouts are at 11:00 a.m. (MST).
To start your stay, you must check-in with us at the general store after 1:00 p.m. (MST). If you arrive after the General Store has closed, please check the site assignments posted on the front door. Make sure to stop in before 10:00 a.m. the following morning to confirm your arrival.
Before you depart, please stop in to settle up before you leave the campground. It is important that you check-out before 11:00 a.m so we can prepare for new arrivals.
