We come across a lot of creative people every day especially if you engage in the media or communication fields. Sometimes being in a room full of creative young people makes you feel both privileged and intimidated at the same time. The Amity University Bud India campaign has assisted a number of enterprises and startups in growing and connecting equitably at the same time. Just like that we had the opportunity to interact with two outstanding young entrepreneurs today whose lives serve as role models for anyone seeking to accomplish great things in life .Among those Was Mr. Vaibhav Goyal, a Chemical Engineer who founded Medgrids which is divided into four sub divisions - Medsure, Medsheets, Medserve and Medsave which is basically facebook for all healthcare products and Blockchi which helps in tracing the supply chain, for example, people will get to know where the raw materials are situated and the consumer will be able to check the viability of the products. The company is currently valued at 10.4 crores. His main goal was to introduce us to an entrepreneurial journey including innovation and blockchain technology. He explained the term "blockchain," which was created in 2008. Blockchain essentially serves as a shared, immutable database that makes it easier to track assets and record transactions in a business network. It essentially consists of a series of transparent, sequential pieces that link together discrete data sets. There are also specific use cases for blockchain. Two of these instances that keep coming to my mind are the faster, more secure, and efficient handling of medical data and the tracking of medical supplies made possible by blockchain-based healthcare solutions. This could greatly enhance patient care, speed up the development of medical discoveries, and guarantee the integrity of medicines circulating on international markets and another one is the retail fashion and luxury industry rapidly changes with the demands of consumers. Blockchain stands to address long-standing industry challenges by improving data management tools, enhancing supply chain operations, and reducing the risk of counterfeit and grey markets. But as we all know, not everything is black and white, thus block chain had some drawbacks as well. Blockchains consume too much energy. Its lack of being a highly distributed computer system is another. Additionally, blockchain records are not permanent and cannot be changed, thus mining does not provide network security. Scalability is one of the blockchain's noteworthy flaws, even though it is not unbreakable. Now let's talk about another amazing entrepreneur, Jai Chachara, an engineer who captivated the crowd with his passion, energy, and self-assurance. Since he was a 19-year-old student, he has been very clear in his mind that he wants to be an entrepreneur and will succeed regardless of the challenges he faces or the mistakes he makes. This has allowed him to sail his boat and has allowed him to impart the three most important lessons of his life: first, one should focus on realistic problems rather than egoistic problems, second, funding is a myth so don't run after it, and third, but not least, always expect the unexpected. His enthusiasm for his work was evident when he discussed his experience developing an electrical vehicle in 2019. He initially offered it for free to students at universities to get them accustomed to it before charging them later, but after COVID 19 severely affected the world and his efforts didn't bear fruit, he took time to clear his mind and created the startup Just Charge, Just Charge Media, and Just Charge studios, which is now very well-known. The four J's in life—Josh, Junoon, Jugaad, and Jid—are a bonus lesson he gave us all before concluding the seminar. I believe that as Indians, we can all connect to this lesson. His willingness to impart knowledge, teach, share experiences, and show love for his work immediately captured the attention of the audience from the very first minute. Everyone was inspired to think outside the box after hearing about the struggles and triumphs of the two extraordinary entrepreneurs. They yearned for the success that comes from perseverance, commitment, zeal, and respect for everything they do in life, without sacrificing their personal relations in the process. One can always work hard and succeed in life, but if they don't have their loved ones at their side to celebrate with them, it will never be worthwhile.
