The Artists Way

Quick summary above, but especially during these times, for those of you who have and want to find an outlet, consider this book or at least consider the famous "Morning Pages" exercise. This daily practice lets you put whatever comes to your mind on to paper for 3 pages, no judgement, no need for full sentences. You don't have to look back on to what you have written. Just write and then move on with your day and week. A video that explains it is here.
