For Organizations : Consult and hire BIPOC and folks with genuine intentional expertise in creating diversity and inclusion :
A group of 25 counsellors have gotten together to offer free, short-term video/phone counselling for folks in BC.
Email bccovidtherapists@gmail.com to get connected to a counsellor
Please ensure you do search/discuss with them their scope of practice and background credentials to ensure they are a right fit for you as I do not know directly who is part of the 25 but worth a reach out!
