About
Advisor. Facilitator. Program Manager. Relationship Builder. Learning Designer.
I am a connector and an educator, and I delight in shaping experiences that change perspectives and offer solution-oriented resources.
I’ve spent the last 15+ years in higher education, nonprofits, and the government building expertise in the design, development, implementation, and facilitation of learning programs for adult learners. I am proficient in the program management of onboarding/orientation, professional development, and coaching programs using online/virtual and in-person modalities. I am adept at cultivating strategic relationships with stakeholders and well-versed in techniques to ensure engagement, knowledge transfer, skill development, and enjoyable learning.
I am now studying instructional design to upskill as a learning and development professional. Using learning and instructional theories and dynamic tools and technologies, I am developing a learning experience design philosophy that offers:
Thought-provoking analysis
Collaborative facilitation
Broad intervention strategies
Solution-neutral approaches
