VJ's Founder is:

Andrea Ricci, born 1963, from Italy, expert swimmer and paddler, organiser of international paddling events, paddling trainer and guide with canoe, kayak, sup, raft, on rivers, lakes, the sea, in many European countries. In 2019 he got passionate about Lithuania and started exploring its waterways. He has founded a facebook group dealing with Paddling in Europe
