We are a Villa Community in Southwest La Vista, NE.
Area built by East Homes and our Association organized and establish itself in 2007.
As of September 17, 2020...
... 50 Villas owned and occupied at this time.

We are in Ward 1V City of La Vista.

Monthly homeowners assessment = $125.00.
This pays for lawn care, snow removal, trash & recycle collection, and property management. We also negotiate group discounts for sprinkler turn on/off, window washing and other services at owners expense.

Sun Valley Snow Removal. Responsible for Snow & needed Ice melt clearance home owners association.
La Vista City responsible to clear snow off streets in Val Vista Villas area:
Brentwood Drive & South 107th are designated as a snow route.
La Vista City provides other services as Police, Community Center, Library, and many interesting services/events. Follow the City weekly News Letter for events.
Papillion, NE provides our Fire & Rescue protection Services as of April 1, 2014.
Annual Meeting held July each year.
