1. Product Condition (B-Grade Items)
All items sold by Value Wear Co. are B-grade. This means:

• Items are new, not second-hand

• Minor defects may be present (e.g. small marks, stitching issues, slight colour variations)

• These imperfections do not affect basic wearability

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the nature of B-grade products.

2. No Returns or Exchanges

• All sales are final

• No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for defects, sizing issues, or change of mind

3. Sizing Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size

• Measurements or size guidance (if provided) should be checked before purchase

4. Payment Terms

• Orders are only confirmed once full payment is received

• Items are not reserved without payment

5. Delivery & Collection

• Collection location will be provided after purchase confirmation

• Delivery can be arranged at the buyer’s cost and risk

• Value Wear Co. is not responsible for delays or issues once items have been handed to the courier

6. Stock Availability

• All items are sold on a first come, first served basis

• Payment secures the item

7. Limitation of Liability

• Value Wear Co. is not liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of products

• All items are sold as-is, as described above
