What does b-grade mean? 

These are brand-new items that have minor manufacturing imperfections—such as a small stitching irregularity, a tiny mark, or a slight fabric flaw. These are usually very subtle and do not affect the garment's wear or durability.

Why are the prices so low? 

Because of these small imperfections, we can offer quality apparel at significantly reduced rates. It is a smart way to get premium fabrics at a more affordable price.

Why is upfront payment required? 

To provide you with these exclusive prices, we operate on a direct-to-supplier model. Your payment is used immediately to secure your stock and cover delivery fees. By paying upfront, you lock in the discounted rate and ensure your items are reserved at the source.

What is the policy on returns and refunds? 

Because we pay our suppliers immediately to secure your stock and maintain our low pricing, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for changes of mind. Every item is checked for acceptable quality before it reaches you to ensure it meets our standards.

The only exception is if a specific item you ordered is unavailable from the supplier within approximately two weeks. In that case, a refund will be issued specifically for those unavailable items, while the rest of your order will proceed as planned.

Can I place a small order or do I have to buy in bulk? 

Both options are welcome. Whether you need a few items or a larger quantity, we are happy to assist.

PLEASE NOTE: To secure the pricing in this catalogue, a minimum combined order of 50 items is required. For orders below this quantity, your items will be placed on hold until enough orders are received to meet the minimum. This allows us to maintain the lower prices while still accommodating smaller requests.

How long does delivery take? 

Orders are usually ready within about one week, depending on stock availability once the minimum order threshold is met. To keep your costs as low as possible, orders are shipped in full as a single delivery. If an item needs to come from the supplier, the entire order will be held and sent together once complete. I stay in constant contact with my supplier and will provide updates to you as they become available.

Do you handle rush orders or deadlines? 

Due to the nature of our sourcing and potential availability constraints, we cannot accommodate short lead times or guaranteed delivery deadlines. We recommend ordering well in advance to ensure your items arrive without time pressure.
