Guidelines

Please show up on time

• Try to connect at least 5 minutes before the class starts.

• Any delay of not more than 10 minutes after the start of the class will be entertained.

• The participants must cover the whole duration of each class.

Attendance

• Attendance to all the live classes taken on Google Meet is of utmost importance and will carry marks in the course.

• A total attendance of a minimum of 25 hrs. is mandatory for getting the certificate.

Assignment & Feedback

• At the end of each class, the participants will be provided with an assignment and a feedback link which they must submit within the next morning before 9:00 AM. Keep in mind that due dates will not be extended.

• Complete the assignment/quiz independently, without the help of friends, unless given permission to do so.

• All the participants MUST submit all the assignments and feedback.

• A minimum of 50% marks in aggregate is mandatory to get the certificate.

• The Final quiz after completion of the course is mandatory for all the participants. All the participants must attend the final quiz live.

• Mute your microphone until instructed to do otherwise.

• Use the "Raise Hand" or Chat to ask questions.

• Headphones may be useful to hear the conversations better.

• If any participant misses a class due to an internet connectivity issue, he/she is advised to contact the organizers.

Maintain Privacy

• No recording of sessions, no screenshots of sessions.

• Do not share the code to the Google Meet or invite others who are not in the class.

• Do not allow outsiders of the class to observe the classroom or take part in the lesson.

Inappropriate behaviour/language, unproductive comments, off-topic responses, bullying/gossip, or anything that reduces or prevents learning to occur will not be entertained.

• A teacher or administrator has the discretion to remove a student from a virtual class if the student’s behaviour impacts the learning of other students in the class or is offensive or inappropriate.
