Presented a paper titled, “Dynamically Reconfiguring Services in SOA Applications: A Pattern-Based Approach” in 7th European Conference on Pattern Languages of Programs (EuroPLoP). EuroPLoP’12, which was funded by SSN Institutions for the travel and registration
Technically assisted the Thiruvannamalai District Police in identifying the criminals through CCTV footage analysis results which helped them to narrow down in the investigation process and hence the team headed by Dr. Vallidevi K received an appreciation letter from that district SP.
Developed a quick and easy software solution for the Chengalpattu SP for visualizing the status of all the cases registered under his district on a daily basis which even helped him to know the performance of all the police officers working under his supervision. The team headed by Dr. Vallidevi K received an appreciation letter provided by Chengalpattu SP Mr. Sai Praneeth for that application.
Delivered a talk for the general public on Mobile Information Security and Safety based on Exodus tool. This talk was an invited talk where the event was organized by Chengalpattu District Police. She was applauded by Chengalpattu District Collector Mr. Rahul Nath for the same in the presence of the Chengalapttu SP Dr. Pradeep.
