MAT PILATES (Mondays - 8 am - 9 am)
A unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises developed over 90 years ago by Joseph H. Pilates. Strengthens and tones muscles, improves posture, provides flexibility and balance, unites body and mind, and creates a more streamlined shape.
STEP/STRENGTH (Tuesdays - 8 am - 9 am)
Strengthen and tone muscles with a variety of tools and movements for the entire body, including weights, exercise balls and resistance bands. Combines intervals of aerobics on the bench with resistance training for a well-rounded workout.
Latin-Lates (Thursdays - 8 am - 9 am)
Thirty minutes of high energy Latin dancing on the floor or step, followed by thirty minutes of Pilates for a well-rounded workout.
STEP (Saturdays - 8 am - 9 am)
A form of aerobic exercise distinguished by its use of an elevated platform (the step). The height can be tailored to individual needs, or students can choose to do the repetitive strength moves on the floor.
