*Course is only required for those seeking the Bilingual Endorsement.
* Blended classes meet three times in person from 4:30 - 8:30 at a VVSD school UNLESS there are less than 10 teachers enrolled in the cohort in which case the cohort may move to entirely online.
Course Information and Requirements
Candidates seeking a Bilingual Education or ESL endorsement must provide proof of either three (3) months of full-time teaching OR 100 clinical clock hours of experience in a setting with Limited English Proficient (LEPs) students for the ESL endorsement and (specifically) TBE Bilingual (program) students for the Bilingual Education endorsement.
Appropriate Target Language Proficiency or English Language Proficiency test (as applicable) will be required for candidates seeking the Bilingual Education endorsement.
