Meet The Founder

Chinna Williams is a passionate advocate for education, equity, and community empowerment. With a degree in Ethnic Studies and a concentration in Black Studies, Chinna has dedicated her career to building and managing programs that support high school and college-age youth. As the founder of College Snaxx, she has been instrumental in ensuring that underserved college students receive the care and resources they need to thrive.

Deeply rooted in her Vallejo community, Chinna has been actively involved in initiatives like the Vallejo Parent Leadership Training Institute (PLTI) and the 707 Community Fridge, where she has worked tirelessly to promote food security and mutual aid. Her commitment to love, joy, and diversity drives her vision for the Vallejo Scholars Hub, a platform designed to connect local youth with scholarship opportunities.

Whether she’s organizing events like the Grand Opening of the 707 Community Fridge or leading workshops on essential skills for students, Chinna’s work is a testament to her belief that love indeed makes the world go around and connects all of us.
