This young female patient had multiple Injuries to her right ear lobule at different times, resulting into tear of her lobule at multiple sites. She had 3 cuts on her Right lobules due to this injury. When she approached to the Vaishnav Clinic, she insisted to maintain the shape of her lobule, that added toughness to our job. 

Her ear had 2 central pendulous sub-lobes formed due to the injuries, which was a challenge to conserve. and if removed then will have resulted in to the loss of shape and decreased size of that lobule. so we have decided to go with the stage surgery. 

in 1st stage we have done edge formation and suturing of the two lateral cuts and central cut was left for next stage. on healing of the suture line second stage surgery was done in which we had edge formation suturing of the central cut. 

by this way we have conserved the size, volume and shape of the ear lobe which matched with the other one. leaving behind no scar and deformity. 

This was a case of young college going male student. He had chronic hypo- pigmented patches ( White Patches ) on Face and to both ankle area since many years. 

He had tried many pathies and therapies for these patches. and the patches keeps spreading over the time. that had put a lot of mental stress and social stigma and resulted in loosing the confidence of social appearances. 

At Vaishnav Clinic by means of detailed case taking and symptom assessment we had came to provisional diagnosis of Vitiligo.  Skin Biopsy was advised to him, but he was not willing to get it done.

Hence, we started the IDMS ( Integrated Disease Management System ) on the mere clinical Diagnosis. He started showing the pigmentation on the patches just within 15 days of onset of treatment.

Within 2 months all the lesions are cured and the skin tone also matched with the surrounding skin. That also helped him to gain the lost confidence. 

A Middle aged Male patient (Gold smith by Profession) was referred by an IMS practitioner. He was suffering from Rectal Bleeding, with Hemorrhoid since 4-5 Yrs. which  was troubling him a lot. he was very much afraid of any surgery and was also not able to take leaves form him work. so he was keeping avoiding the treatment. 

When he was referred to our clinic first we assured him about not doing any surgery and also assured him that his work routine will not be affected. after basic pre operative check-up he was posted for Ksharsutra ligation under Local Anesthesia.
