Account & Data Deletion Request

Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data by sending an email to:

Subject Line: Account Deletion Request

Please include the registered email address used in the app.

Upon verification, we will:

• Delete user profile information
• Delete stored devotee/master list data
• Delete transaction records associated with the account
• Remove authentication credentials

Retention:

Some financial transaction records may be retained temporarily if required by applicable laws or accounting obligations.

Processing Time:

Account deletion requests are processed within 7–14 business days.
