Because Google services may involve processing outside Switzerland, personal data may in individual cases be disclosed abroad. § request deletion or destruction of personal data where legally permissible
§ request restriction of processing where legally applicable
The FDPIC states that the right of access includes, in all cases, the controller’s identity and contact details, the data processed, the purpose, the recipients or categories of recipients, and the storage period or the criteria used to determine it.
10. Data security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration, insofar as this is within our control. The FDPIC recommends such measures as part of proper data protection practice.
