The Animas Valley Lodge is 3 min from City Market and the north end of Durango, 5 min from Durango Hot Springs, 24 min from Purgatory Resort, across the street from Mountain Annie's Dispensary and a trolley stop to go downtown. We have beautiful views of Animas City Mountain and the Animas Valley and sit on almost an acre of land. The lodge has four private guest suites available for up to 18 guests.
This three bedroom, 2.5 bath space is perfect for a large group of family or friends. You can enjoy coffee in the sunroom with views of the Animas Valley or relax in the 8-person hot tub with views of Animas City Mountain. There's a full kitchen, living and dining rooms plus 2.5 baths. There's a king bedroom with a private bath, a king bedroom with a daybed, a queen bedroom and a kids nook. There's a smart TV with streaming services, a karaoke microphone, a portable speaker, and board games.
The lodge has four guest suites. You will have access to Sunshine Ridge, which shares a front porch with Blue Spruce Haven. There is parking for 2 cars in front of the house and a private back patio separated with a privacy fence. You'll have access to a private 8-person hot tub on the back patio.
There may be guests staying in other suites on the property. Each has its own entrance and is private but may share interior walls.
This is a pet friendly property and the back yard is fenced. There is a one-time $80 pet cleaning fee added to any pet stay and you're allowed to bring up to two dogs. Please add your pets as guests when booking.
Feel free to explore the property with your furry friend but be respectful of other guests with pets and be careful with the road, CR 203 and Highway 550 in front of the house.
