The Lane 16 piece set below comes in 18 different colors and are of very good quality and wash and dry nicely.
The Utopia Chakir Turkish Premium 8 Piece set is also great quality and for just a few dollars more for a 16 piece set, have become our preferred towel sets and come in 25 colors. We always stick to whites and grays for our properties.
For Beach/Pool Towels. Please do not provide the small hotel pool towels. The reviews you receive will not be worth the cost savings! We recommend the Utopoa Cabana Stripe Beach towels. These are nice and fluffy and large and will cover the beach or lounge chairs. Again, we always purchase the gray, but also think the multi-colored pack seen below look fantastic and will be easy for your guests to identify at a busy pool or beach location. The Makeup Towels are a must have and will SAVE your other towels and linens from makeup stains.
Be sure to use quality bedding in all areas and all bedrooms of your property. Use quality mattresses, pillows, pillow protectors on every pillow and quality sheets. A quality sheets will cost a little more initially but will help you save you money in the long run.
We always purchase the BYSURE Hotel Luxury Bed Sheets 6 piece set. Do not buy the 4 piece set. Our standard procedure is to place 2 foam medium density pillows and 2 synthetic goose down pillows on each King, queen or full sized, bed and 1 spare of each pillow type in closet. With a 6 piece set, you will still need additional pillow cases and the link is below. With the set of 12 pillow cases you'll be well covered for a 2 bedroom property. This brand comes in 8 different colors and all bed sizes (cost will vary) but we recommend a classic look with white or grey.
Comforters and Throw Pillows
Our Selection of Comforters will all you to add your personal touch and showoff the colors in an around your property. If you own a mountain property, go ahead and match to winter whites, fall gold and rust or summer greens. For beach or lake properties, add some blues to bring out the color of the water. Have some fun but keep it classic. These sets are available for multiple bed sizes and all come with 2 decorative shams. Be sure to include some decorative throw pillows on each bed to give your property a warm welcoming feel. This selection of amenities we have selected from Terra Pure will WOW your guests and will only cost pennies a day. We highly recommend the refillable and lockable wall mounted containers. Guests will not take more than they use, they are very sanitary and easily refillable by your your staff. The bottles even have a refill indicator window at the bottom of the bottle. If you choose not to use the bulk dispensers, you can also choose from individually wrapped items and we have found that the average cost to be about $ .69 per guest! Terra Pure also has a variety of scents and seasonal refills.
The Personal Care kits are a nice touch and will put your vacation rental above most others. This is definitely an optional item, but at $ .57 per package we think it's a must have!
