You agree to use HIGH5 only for lawful and respectful purposes. You must not:
Harass, bully, abuse, or harm other users
Post illegal, harmful, misleading, offensive, hateful, or inappropriate content
Attempt to hack, disrupt, exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the app or its services
Misuse anonymous interactions to threaten, harass, or impersonate others
Violation of these rules may result in content removal, account restrictions, or permanent suspension.
By creating an account on HIGH5, you agree that:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You will provide accurate and truthful information
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent or abusive activity.
Users are solely responsible for the content they create, post, or share on HIGH5.
You agree not to post content that:
Is abusive, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, or harmful
Contains false, misleading, or deceptive information
Violates laws, copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or third-party rights
Contains spam, scams, or malicious links
We reserve the right to review, moderate, remove, restrict visibility, or take action against content that violates these Terms.
HIGH5 allows users to send and receive anonymous questions.
By using anonymous features, you agree not to:
Harass, intimidate, threaten, or bully others
Share harmful or offensive messages
Misuse anonymity for malicious purposes
We reserve the right to restrict anonymous features for accounts violating community guidelines.
HIGH5 uses a combination of automated systems, moderation tools, and user reports to maintain a safe environment.
Content may be reviewed or automatically hidden if reported multiple times
Users repeatedly violating guidelines may receive warnings, restrictions, strikes, or permanent bans
We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict any content at our discretion
Users may:
Block other users
Report inappropriate content, abuse, or misconduct
Reports are reviewed and appropriate actions are taken where necessary.
Users can request account deletion directly through the app.
Deletion requests are scheduled within 72 hours
Users may cancel deletion requests during this period
Once completed, accounts and associated data may be permanently removed, subject to legal or operational obligations
HIGH5 may offer subscriptions, premium features, or one-time purchases.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Google Play
Users may cancel subscriptions through Play Store account settings
One-time purchases may be non-refundable after use, subject to applicable law and Google Play policies
Payments are processed securely through Google Play Billing
We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, or offerings at any time
Your use of HIGH5 is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

User-generated content or user behavior
Service interruptions, bugs, downtime, or data loss

Abuse platform features
Engage in illegal, harmful, deceptive, or unsafe behavior
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Continued use of HIGH5 after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
