Users can request deletion of their account directly within the HIGH5 app.
Follow these steps:
Open the HIGH5 app
Go to your Profile
Tap “Delete Account”
Select or enter a reason for deletion
Submit your deletion request
Your deletion request is securely received and processed
Your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 72 hours
You may cancel your deletion request before processing is completed
After account deletion:
Your personal information, profile data, activity, and associated content may be permanently removed from our systems
Anonymous interactions and shared content may no longer be accessible
Certain information may be retained where required by law, fraud prevention, security, or legitimate operational purposes

Deleting your account is free of charge.
No subscription, payment, or additional condition is required to request account deletion.
