1. Introduction
Uyarix is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used, stored, shared, and deleted when you use the Uyarix mobile app.
Where required by applicable law, consent will be requested before certain types of processing, such as personalized advertising.
2. Data Collection
We and our service providers may collect, process, or store specific data to provide and improve our educational services.
Account Information: Email address, nickname or display name, and a user identifier (UID) generated by Firebase Authentication. If the user signs in with Google, the email address and display name may come from the user’s Google account. If the user creates an account with email and password, the app collects the email address and nickname provided during account creation. Passwords are processed through Firebase Authentication, and Uyarix does not store or have access to passwords in plain text.
Gameplay Data: App progress and statistics, including games played, day streaks, highest streaks, calculated stars, and last played dates.
Analytics and Device Data: Device model, operating system version, approximate location such as country or region derived from a masked IP address, app usage patterns and interactions, Firebase Analytics App-instance ID, diagnostic information, and crash reports.
Advertising Data: Advertising and app identifiers, such as the Android Advertising ID (AAID) and App Set ID where available, as well as IP address, advertising interactions, and diagnostic information. Google AdMob may process this information for personalized or non-personalized advertising, advertising measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention, depending on user consent, device settings, and applicable law.
Purchase-Related Data: Product ID, purchase status, purchase token, and local ad removal status. This information is used to validate, activate, and restore the ad removal purchase.
3. Purposes of Data Collection
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
To authenticate users through their email address or Google Sign-In.
To display the user’s nickname or Google display name in the app.
To securely save and synchronize learning progress in the cloud.
To analyze usage patterns, fix bugs, and improve our app's performance.
To display relevant advertisements to keep the app free. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on user consent.
To validate in-app purchases, activate or restore the ad removal feature, and prevent unauthorized access or fraud.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services from Google to support our app. Information may be transmitted to and processed by these providers as necessary to provide their respective services, in accordance with their own privacy policies:
Firebase Auth & Firestore: For secure authentication and cloud data storage.
Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: For analytics and debugging.
AdMob & UMP (User Messaging Platform): For advertising and consent management.
Google Play Billing: For processing optional in-app purchases, such as the ad removal purchase.
For more information about how Google handles data, users may review the Google Privacy Policy, Google’s advertising technologies information, Google Payments Privacy Notice, and Firebase Privacy and Security information.
5. In-App Purchases and Ad Removal
Uyarix offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to remove advertisements from the app. This purchase is processed through Google Play Billing.
Uyarix does not collect, access, or store sensitive payment information, such as credit card numbers, debit card numbers, bank account details, or security codes. Payment information is processed by Google according to Google’s own policies.
When a purchase is made or restored, Uyarix may receive and process purchase-related technical information from Google Play, such as the product ID, purchase status, and purchase token. This information is used only to validate the purchase, activate the ad removal feature, restore the purchase, and prevent unauthorized access or fraud.
The ad removal feature is linked to the Google Play account used to make the purchase. Uyarix may store the ad removal status locally on the user’s device to remember whether advertisements should be hidden. Uyarix does not store the ad removal status in Firebase or Firestore.
If the app is installed on another device, the user signs in with a different Google Play account, or local app data is cleared, the purchase may need to be restored using the same Google Play account that originally made the purchase.
Uyarix may use Firebase Analytics to collect statistical information about in-app purchase events and purchase performance. This helps us understand how users interact with the app and improve the ad removal feature.
6. Data Retention and Account Deletion
We generally retain account information and cloud-synced gameplay data for as long as your Uyarix account remains active. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated personal data, including your gameplay progress, at any time.
Inside the app: You can delete your account by navigating to Settings > Advanced Options > Delete Account.
Outside the app: You can request account deletion by filling out our Account Deletion Form or by contacting us directly.
Once your request is processed, your Firebase Authentication data and Firestore documents associated with your Uyarix account will be permanently erased. Some information may be retained only when necessary for legitimate reasons such as security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or where the data is aggregated, anonymized, or processed by third-party services according to their own retention policies.
Deleting your Uyarix account does not cancel, delete, or refund purchases made through Google Play. In-app purchases are managed by Google Play.
7. Privacy Rights
Depending on the user’s location and applicable law, users may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of their personal data, request data portability, withdraw consent where applicable, and submit a complaint to a competent data protection authority.
Users may contact us at support.uyarix@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy-related actions regarding their personal data. Account deletion options are described in the “Data Retention and Account Deletion” section of this Privacy Policy.
If the user created an account with email and password, password changes or resets are handled through the authentication system. Uyarix does not store plain-text passwords.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Your data may be processed and stored using services such as Google Firebase and Google Play services, which implement their own security measures. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside your country, including the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards implemented by our service providers, such as Google Firebase and Google Play services.
10. Children's Privacy
Uyarix is intended for adolescents and adults aged 13 and older. The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent or legal guardian believes that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, they may contact us so that we can take appropriate steps to delete the information and associated account.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date.
