“Growth isn’t a straight line — it’s a loop of curiosity, reflection, and creation.” 🔎
I began my journey in Computer Science Engineering, where I learned to think logically and build structured systems. But during my degree, I realized that while technology was fascinating, what truly intrigued me was how people interacted with it — why they clicked certain buttons, why some interfaces frustrated them, and what made experiences feel effortless.
That’s when my curiosity shifted from code to people.
While exploring different career paths, I stumbled upon UX Design and Research — a field that perfectly blended my love for psychology, design, and human understanding.
I started from scratch, learning through YouTube, blogs, and case studies — and later enrolled in the Google UX Design Professional Certificate. Each course helped me understand not just the how of design, but the why behind user behavior.
So far, I’ve completed 6 out of 7 courses of the Google UX Design Certificate, covering:
User Research: Conducting interviews, empathy mapping, usability testing
UX Process: Defining problems, creating personas, user flows, and wireframes
Design Foundations: Accessibility, equity-focused design, responsive layouts
I’ve also applied these learnings through realistic case studies, including:
Designing an app that connects citizens to their state and federal representatives (social good project)
A service management app for remote customer support teams
Each project taught me how user needs translate into design decisions — and how research can drive those insights.
I’m now preparing to step into the UX Research world professionally — aiming for an internship where I can:
Deepen my research practice
Collaborate with designers and developers
Contribute to meaningful, human-centered products
I believe learning never stops — and this journey is just getting started.
