Welcome to UV Camera - Neon Camera (“UV Camera,” “the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the UV Camera mobile application and any related features or services.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
UV Camera is a camera and visual-effects application designed to provide users with creative camera effects, visual filters, color effects, and related photography features.
Some effects presented by the App may simulate the appearance or visual characteristics associated with ultraviolet (UV), neon, black-light, or other specialized lighting effects.
UV Camera does not turn your device's camera into a scientific UV detector or spectrometer. Unless explicitly stated otherwise within the App, visual effects are simulations intended for entertainment and creative photography purposes.
You should not rely on the App for scientific measurements, medical assessments, safety decisions, professional inspections, or other situations where accurate UV or light measurements are required.
You may use the App if you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms under the laws applicable to you.
If you are a minor, you should use the App with the knowledge and permission of your parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on compatible devices that you own or control.

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
Circumvent or interfere with security mechanisms or usage restrictions.

The App may allow you to create, capture, edit, save, or share photographs, videos, and other content (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of User Content that you create using the App, subject to any rights belonging to third parties.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to capture, edit, use, store, or share it.
You agree not to use the App to create or distribute content that:
Violates applicable laws or regulations.
Infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of another person.
Contains unlawful or abusive material.
Facilitates illegal activity.
Intentionally deceives, defrauds, or harms others.
We do not claim ownership of your personal photographs or videos merely because you use the App to edit or process them.
UV Camera may provide functionality for saving or sharing content created through the App.

Where applicable, subscription pricing, billing periods, renewal terms, and cancellation information will be presented to you before you complete your purchase.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, deleting the App does not necessarily cancel an active subscription. You should manage or cancel subscriptions through the platform where the subscription was purchased.

The App's visual effects, color representations, camera processing, and simulations may vary depending on your device, camera hardware, display, lighting conditions, and other factors.
The App should not be used as a replacement for:
Professional UV measurement equipment.
Scientific instruments.
Medical or diagnostic equipment.
Safety equipment.
Professional inspection equipment.
Laboratory instruments.
Any device or service requiring certified measurements.
You are responsible for making appropriate decisions when accurate measurements or professional assessment are required.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make no warranties or guarantees that:
The App will always be available or uninterrupted.
The App will be error-free.
The App will work on every device.
The App will meet all of your requirements.
Results produced by the App will always be accurate or reliable.
The App will detect or measure actual ultraviolet radiation unless a specific feature expressly states otherwise.
You use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.
This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, device-related issues, or reliance on visual effects, simulations, or information provided by the App.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, partners, service providers, and personnel from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:
Your misuse of the App.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of applicable laws.
Your User Content.
Your infringement of another person's rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you materially violate these Terms or use the App in a manner that may harm the App, other users, us, or third parties.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
Sections concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective after termination.
