UV Camera ("the app," "we," "our") is a photo and video camera app that applies real-time neon, glow, and UV-style filters. This policy explains what permissions the app requests, what happens to your photos and videos, and what data (if any) we collect.
UV Camera requires access to your device's camera to function. This permission is used exclusively to:
Display a live camera preview so you can see filter effects applied in real time.
Capture photos and record videos when you choose to do so.

UV Camera requests storage access to:
Save the photos and videos you capture to your device's gallery, in an album named "UV Camera."
Let you view, save, and delete your own captures from within the app's Gallery screen.
Your photos and videos stay on your device. UV Camera does not upload, transmit, or store your captured photos or videos on any external server. All filtering and processing happens locally on your device.
We do not collect, sell, or share:
Your photos, videos, or camera feed
Your name, email, or other personal identifying information
Your precise location
The app may store a small amount of data locally on your device only — such as your selected language, filter preferences, and app settings — using standard on-device app storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.
UV Camera uses the following third-party services:
Google Fonts — used to load the app's typography. Google's own privacy policy applies to this service.
If a subscription (Premium) feature is enabled in a future update, purchases would be processed through Google Play Billing, which is operated by Google and subject to Google's own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your payment details directly.
UV Camera is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the app does not collect personal data from any user, this applies equally regardless of age.
Because your photos and videos are stored only on your own device and are never transmitted to us, the security of that content depends on your device's own security settings (such as screen lock and app permissions), which we encourage you to keep enabled.
