February 23Introduction to EV Biology and Enrichment Methods: Keynotes, lectures, and hands-on sessions cover EV heterogeneity, isolation methods, and tailored feedback through poster presentations.

February 24EV Characterization – Counting and Sizing: Hands-on training in EV counting and sizing, complemented by lectures on instrumentation, short industry talks, and a visit to Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello for group bonding.

February 25EV Characterization – Imaging and Profiling: Participants learn advanced imaging techniques, including electron microscopy, Western blot applications, and single-particle imaging methods with small talks and facility visits.

February 26EV Flow Cytometry – Optimization and Hands-On Practice: Hands-on sessions focus on instrument calibration, quality control, data acquisition, and flow cytometry techniques in group rotations for deeper learning.
