1/ REGISTRATION :
- To register, please send an email with your surname, first name, date of birth, nationality and a legible photocopy of your passport (valid for at least 6 months after your return date, (required for purchasing the Mongolian domestic flight), as well as your telephone number (including your country code),

2/ Please wait for our confirmation before proceeding with the deposit payment.
3/ PAYMENT :
To confirm your booking, payment of a non-refundable deposit of €1,500 by bank transfer is required to Byamba.
Bank transfer fees charged by individual banks are the responsibility of the participant.
- The balance must be paid in cash to Byamba before the start of the trip, upon your arrival in Mongolia.

International Flights at your expense :
All flights have stopovers from major European cities.
Important: Departure must be at least one day before the start of your stay due to the time difference from Europe.
TURKISH AIRLINES: via Istanbul, from major European cities.
LUFTHANSA/ AIR FRANCE + MIAT: via Frankfurt.
AIR CHINA: via Beijing (long layovers in Beijing and late arrival in UB).
Baggage allowances: Checked baggage: 23 kg (MIAT, Air China), 30 kg (Turkish Airlines)
Cabin baggage: 8, 10 or 12 kg (bag + personal item)
