These terms govern access to the Under the Yellow Sun (UTYS) website and any prototype preview linked from it. By using the site or a preview, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.

PROTOTYPE STATUS

Unless expressly stated otherwise, linked applications are experimental preview environments provided for evaluation and feedback. They may change, contain defects, become unavailable, or lose test data. Preview access is not a production-service commitment.

NO PROFESSIONAL OR HIGH-STAKES RELIANCE

Site and prototype content is general information and is not legal, financial, medical, safety, or other professional advice. Do not rely on a prototype for emergency, safety-critical, regulated, or irreversible decisions. Independently verify important information and outputs.

ACCEPTABLE USE

Do not misuse the site or previews; interfere with security or availability; attempt unauthorized access; upload malware; scrape or reverse engineer except where law permits; impersonate others; violate privacy or intellectual-property rights; or submit content you are not authorized to use.

ACCOUNTS AND TEST DATA

If a preview provides an account, you are responsible for activities under it and for protecting access credentials. Use fictional, sanitized, or approved test data unless UTYS has provided written instructions for another arrangement.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

UTYS and its licensors retain their rights in the site, branding, software, and original content. No ownership right is transferred by access to a preview. Third-party names, products, and content remain the property of their respective owners.

FEEDBACK

If you voluntarily provide product feedback, you authorize UTYS to use it to evaluate and improve products without an obligation to compensate you. Do not include confidential information unless a separate written agreement permits it.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Google, Base44, form providers, and other linked services may apply separate terms and policies. UTYS is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

DISCLAIMERS

To the extent permitted by law, the site and previews are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that they will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UTYS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to use of the site or a prototype. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

CHANGES AND CONTACT

UTYS may update these terms as the site and products evolve. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date. Questions may be sent to utysinc@gmail.com.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
