This notice explains how Under the Yellow Sun (UTYS) handles information connected with this website, feedback forms, design-partner inquiries, and linked prototype previews.

INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE

UTYS may receive information you choose to submit, such as your name, email address, organization, message, survey responses, or pilot feedback.

TECHNICAL AND THIRD-PARTY DATA

Google Sites, Google Forms, Base44 preview environments, and other linked services may process device, browser, usage, cookie, and account information under their own privacy terms. A link to a prototype does not mean UTYS controls every part of that provider’s data processing.

HOW INFORMATION MAY BE USED

Information may be used to respond to requests, evaluate pilot participation, operate and improve prototypes, investigate reliability or security issues, and maintain appropriate business records.

RESPONSIBLE USE OF PROTOTYPES

Do not enter confidential business information, credentials, regulated data, or sensitive personal information into a preview unless UTYS has provided written instructions and an appropriate testing arrangement. Prototype outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be independently reviewed.

SHARING

UTYS may use service providers to host, secure, analyze, or operate the site and prototypes. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, or investigate abuse. UTYS does not sell personal information collected directly through this website.

RETENTION AND SECURITY

UTYS retains information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above and applies safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

YOUR CHOICES AND PRIVACY REQUESTS

You may ask UTYS to confirm whether it holds information you submitted and request access, correction, or deletion. Email requests to utysinc@gmail.com. UTYS may verify your identity before completing a request and may retain records when required for security, legal, or legitimate business purposes.

CHILDREN

This website and its prototypes are not directed to children under 13. UTYS does not knowingly request personal information from children under 13 through this website.

CHANGES

This notice may be updated as UTYS products, providers, and pilot practices evolve. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date.
