Graduate Positions:

Graduate student positions are available in the Cardiovascular Biomechanics Lab in the Department of Mechanical, Aerospace, and Biomedical Engineering at the University of Tennessee Knoxville. The ideal candidates will have bachelor's degrees in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Candidates with experience in cardiovascular research, experimental and/or computational fluid mechanics, and blood handling are highly desired. Undergraduate Positions:

Undergraduate research positions for UTK students are also available in the Cardiovascular Biomechanics Lab. The ideal candidates will have completed their sophomore academic year in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Candidates with an interest in cardiovascular disease, medical devices, and experimental fluid mechanics are highly desired.
